Lettings February update: Increase in demand for larger properties in Zones 3,4 & 5

As we approach the end of February we have seen an increase in demand for 3+ bedroom properties in areas away from the City.

As we approach the end of February we have seen an increase in demand for 3+ bedroom properties in areas away from the City.

An increasing number of tenants are looking to move out of Zones 1 and 2 in order to secure bigger properties closer to open spaces.
We've seen an increase in tenants looking to move away from areas covered by our Bethnal Green office to areas covered by our Woodford office, in particular a rise in enquiries for Walthamstow, Highams Park and Chingford.

With many people expecting to be working from home until at least the end of 2021, people are in search of bigger properties within reach of green space for exercising.
Walthamstow Wetlands, Hollow Pond and Epping Forest proving to be particularly popular.

We have recently let two 5 bedroom homes in Walthamstow and Chingford to professional tenants and as such are seeking similar types of properties.
