Which property portal should your home be advertised on?

With over three quarters of buyers beginning their search online, as a seller it's important to know where your property will be listed in order to maximise it's exposure.
There are a number of rival portals all vying for buyers attention, and as a seller you may have concerns over whether or not your property is listed where you want.
There's no doubt that the two main players currently are Rightmove & Zoopla, so at very least you'll want to make sure your property is listed with one of them.
Rightmove and Zoopla are both in the top 100 visited websites, with Rightmove coming in the top 25.
Advertising with them opens up your property to lots of prospective buyers.
